On behalf of the Brooklyn Academy of Global Finance Community, we would like to welcome you to our Brooklyn Academy of Global Finance Family. Your four years at Brooklyn Academy of Global Finance will provide you with a variety of opportunities to explore the finance, business and technology industries while preparing for college, as well as other areas of interest. You will also have opportunities to visit colleges, earn college credits, participate in work-based learning experiences, and a paid internship. In an effort to make the transition to high school as smooth and easy as possible, you will have a peer-mentor who you meet with weekly as part of our peer-mentoring program, Peer Group Connection (PGC).
Go to Principal's Corner

With over a decade of leadership experience at Herbert H. Lehman High School and currently serving at BKAGF, I am dedicated to advancing rigorous, innovative, and equitable instruction. At Lehman, I established a comprehensive biomedical and engineering program, launched a digital arts program and expanded the arts department, reimagined the honors program, led student recruitment initiatives, and significantly broadened science and math course offerings, including AP and SUNY pathways.
Before moving into administration, I spent nine years as a Biology Department faculty member at The Bronx High School of Science, where I taught courses such as Honors Biology, AP Psychology, and Nutritional Science, and developed original courses in Epidemiology and Human Physiology.
I hold a Master’s in Public Health and a Master’s in Epidemiology, and I am currently pursuing an Engineering degree part-time. My work is driven by a commitment to building robust STEM and arts opportunities that empower students to explore, innovate, and excel.
Thank you,
